It is with great sadness that Codicote Parish Council announces the death of the clerk, Lorraine Ellis.
Lorraine served the council for over 15 years, and our sympathies are with her family and friends.
The council will appoint a locum clerk at the meeting of Tuesday 27th July, while a permanent replacement is recruited.
Meanwhile, Tom Brindley has agreed to co-ordinate council activities and can be contacted on 07956 381764.
We ask that all residents bear with us at this sad time, as responses may be slower than normal.
